More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Relevant experience where I also cared for children includes taking care of my nephew from the age of 6 months until he was 4 years old. During this time, I was responsible for his daily routine, including feeding, hygiene, playtime, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. This experience helped me develop patience, attentiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility. Additionally, through my work in clinical settings, I’ve strengthened my communication, organization, and ability to respond with empathy—skills that are essential when caring for children.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities I enjoy doing with children include creative play like drawing, coloring, and arts and crafts, as well as reading stories and encouraging imagination. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as going to the park, playing games, and keeping them active. At the same time, I like incorporating educational moments through simple learning activities, helping them develop skills while having fun. Most importantly, I enjoy creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where they feel comfortable and happy.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for the children. It’s essential to be patient, attentive, and reliable, while also fostering their growth, learning, and emotional well-being. Building trust with both the children and their families is key, as it ensures the child feels secure and happy while in your care.
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with children with special needs comes from my background in psychology and my interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I have developed an understanding of how to support children with different needs by using patience, structure, and positive reinforcement. I focus on creating a safe, consistent, and supportive environment, while adapting to each child’s individual behavior and communication style. I’m also very attentive to emotional needs and believe in working closely with families to ensure the best support for the child.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was watching my nephew reach important milestones while I was caring for him, especially when he started walking and saying his first words. Being part of his growth from 6 months to 4 years old was very special to me. I also loved the simple everyday moments, like making him laugh, reading bedtime stories, and seeing him feel safe and happy with me. Those experiences reminded me how meaningful it is to be part of a child’s development.
