Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I spent many years in the Preschool Industry. Twenty years at Children's World Learning Center, and another 19 with Primrose. I left the preschool business in 2019 and have been a Nanny ever since.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love taking the children on adventures, like the zoo, museum etc..., I also enjoy teaching them their basic colors, shapes, and letters and fun art projects.
The most important part about being a nanny...
is creating a safe and healthy environment for your child. Exposing your child to play groups with other children and Nannies gives them the opportunity to learn and grow socially, physically and emotionally while making friends.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Too many to mention! Every day something funny happens or kids will say something funny! My daughter (also a Nanny) and I just took her Nanny Kids (twin 3 yr old boys) on a trip to Disney World while their parents went to Canada. Previously, we had taken them to California twice, but they were still little. This time was amazing to see the excitement and joy on their faces as we dined with Disney Characters, rode rides, watched fireworks and so much more. Definitely my favorite moment!

While there are definitely times for calm play, particularly when winding down before sleep, I also think getting outside and active is very important for kids and like to encourage activity, outdoor play, and hands-on tactile activity. 3. Kids, more than anything, want to be heard and treated like humans. They always know if people are paying attention and listening to them, so I am always present when I am with kids, and I always listen. This, of course, doesn't mean that the kids get whatever they want. However, it does mean that I try to always hear them out and explain why they can or can’t have or do something.
