With previous families i would love taking the kids to parks especially with trails where we could walk and collect things to investigate nature! Such as rocks and small flowers (:
I also love art, so i try to incorporate that into activities. I will usually bring over my washable paints and supplies to have an arts and crafts day or even picking up a random kid friendly project from Michael’s or hobby lobby

One of my favorite moments was when me and then 4 year old Mason made an awesome homemade castle with cardboard boxes we colored, and then did face paint to look like a dragon! He wanted to do face paint everyday after that haha
