My name is Layla, and I am a junior in high school. I am the oldest of four siblings and regularly help care for my three younger siblings, which has given me hands-on childcare experience. I supervise them, occasionally help with homework, and making simple meals, and of course making sure they are safe. I also participate in school sports, which has helped me develop time management skills and teamwork. Balancing school, athletics and family responsibilities has taught me how to stay organized and reliable. Although I do not yet have formal job experience, I take my responsibilities seriously and would enjoy creating a positive environment for children. I am attentive and happy to help with daily routines, activities, and light cleaning. I would love the opportunity to support a family and gain experience as a nanny.
