I am a highly motivated and assertive nanny, with multiple skills. I am able to work in a self directed manner without supervision. I’m well qualified for the position your family has available and am eager to start the process. An assertive and highly principled nanny, I take responsibility for my own decisions. I believe in providing a loving, nurturing and secure environment from which children can explore, learn and grow. I believe that children need to have limits set and enforced but that positive reinforcement is important and often makes punishment more effective if needed. I believe kids need to have room to be kids, room to make messes and mistakes and room to play and be creative. I believe that open and clear communication is often key to avoiding conflict and that consistency and follow-through are vital. I LOVE KIDS!!! Seeing them smile is so rewarding. They are what makes me happy the most in life and a job is done best when you are happy.
