My experience with special needs children...
I grew up with my uncle who was a special need child.... I was used to outburst and a lot of autistic behavior, so I was taught at a young age how to deal with it and to calm him down and how to change his mood. We were very close, so I became very good at it so when I started school, I became a TA in elementary school all thru High school.
I would go to the special needs classes and help the teachers when I became an adult I would help with the autistic kids.
When I retire, I want to open a horse therapy business for the special needs kids. It is very good for them and very rewarding.
