For me, the most important thing about being a nanny is building trust with the child and the family, and being part of the child’s development. I genuinely love watching children grow—seeing them learn new skills, gain confidence, and discover the world is incredibly rewarding. Being able to support and encourage that development each day is what makes the job so meaningful to me.
