The most important part about being a nanny...
Being able to connect with kids. If there is no connection it is dreadful for the kids and makes it hard for them anytime someone who comes to watch them is there. Being able to see kids and they get excited to see you and feels like time has flown by is important. Being able to help them and guide them to grow is amazing to do.
My experience with special needs children...
I grew up with my older brother having Autism and I also babysat another girl who had special needs as well. Growing up with my brother I have learned different coping skills, activities, ways to decrease anger and a lot more.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment was when I got a letter from a girl I just started watching and she had written to me that she loved me so so much and saw me as her big sister. It made me feel so amazing!
