Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I volunteered at the boys and girls club for over 4 years with kids grades k-5 and was even featured on the news for my work. We did things like arts and crafts projects, outside play, and homework. I'm also a certified medical assistant and did my internship at a pediatrics office for two months. I'm capable of working with kids as young as newborns and handling most medical emergencies.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I would consider myself a creative and patient person so I've always loved doing arts and crafts or just letting kids express themselves. Like teaching them step by step how to create certain things or giving them materials to make their own. I also like spending time outside being active and playing games with the little ones!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Not only is it important to have fun and make sure responsibilities are met but I think the most important part is understanding not every kid is the same and their all unique. It's important to understand each kids individual needs and personality. It's also important to understand the parents expectations and rules, because everyone raises their kids differently!

My mom works in this area so i've always had experience with what to do or how to behave and to always be kind and patient.

My favorite nanny moment would have to be in the boys and girls club, not only did we play and do home work but we also worked on helping the kids become better people. It was always nice to see the kids grow and knowing I had a positive impact in their lives!
