I volunteered briefly my senior year of high school at a pre school for less fortunate family’s that are struggling. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working for these families and visited frequently after my volunteer schedule was over. My freshman year of college I also worked at a center for kids with intellectual disabilities and other forms of disabilities. This was an immense challenge, but I learned and prospered throughout the time I worked. Now, I have no problem working with kiddos that need more attention :)
