Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Got you 👍 sounds like they’re asking what activities you enjoy doing with kids. Here’s a clean answer you can copy (good length for applications):
⸻
I enjoy doing a variety of activities with children that support both learning and fun. I like reading books, doing arts and crafts, coloring, and simple creative projects that let kids express themselves. I also enjoy outdoor activities like going to the park, playing games, and keeping them active. I believe in hands-on learning, so I like doing things like puzzles, building activities, and age-appropriate learning games. I also enjoy singing, storytelling, and helping with homework or practicing skills like reading and numbers. Most importantly, I like to follow the child’s interests and create activities that keep them engaged, happy, and learning at the same time.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing about being a nanny is building trust and creating a safe, nurturing environment for the children. It’s about being someone they can rely on, feel comfortable with, and look to for guidance. A nanny plays an important role in a child’s daily life by providing consistency, patience, and genuine care. It’s also important to communicate well with parents and be dependable, as they are trusting you with what matters most to them. In the end, the most important thing is making sure the children feel safe, supported, and valued every day.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience working with a child with special needs, and it has been one of the most meaningful parts of my caregiving journey. This experience taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and meeting each child where they are. I learned to stay calm, encouraging, and flexible, knowing that every child communicates and learns differently. I focused on creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where the child felt comfortable and never judged. Building trust was very important, and over time I developed a strong bond by being consistent and dependable. I also learned how important routine can be, while still adapting to the child’s needs in the moment. This experience strengthened my ability to handle challenges with compassion and confidence, and it showed me how rewarding it is to help a child grow, gain confidence, and feel secure.
The most important part about being a nanny...
There are to many things I could put down one of my favorite things that my granddaughter did that touched me so much is she was at the store with her mom and was so excited she saw something that she wanted her mom to get for me my daughter said are you kidding grandma would not get that it’s for cleaning she would not let up about it finally her mom said ok honey mind you she is four years old when they brought it to me I about died it just showed me that every little thing you do in front of your kiddos they soak it up like a sponge I loved it so much I hate to admit it I turned my granddaughter in to a clean freak not meaning to it just happened, I have lots of story’s with my kiddos this one just really touch my heart so much.

Hello,
I have been working with children for over 10 years, and caring for and supporting their growth has truly become my passion.
Throughout my career, I have worked as a lead teacher across multiple age groups in classroom settings, including public schools. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of child development, structured learning, and how to create a safe, engaging environment for children of all ages.
In addition, I have spent the past 6 ½ years working as a nanny for the same family. During that time, I built a strong, trusting relationship while providing consistent care, supporting daily routines, and helping the children grow both emotionally and academically.
I take pride in creating a nurturing, patient, and positive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to be themselves.I would love the opportunity to connect with you and learn more about your family’s needs.
Thank you for your time and consideration

Babysitter Available in Redmond, WA: Stephanie W.
Hi there!
I'm Miss Stephanie.
I have been caring for children professionally for 8 years.
Children are so special. I love getting to know each child individually. I build relationships from the start and that sets the tone for a strong bond and trust.
My style is silly. Kids love it and it's great for our relationship. Who doesn't like to have silly fun, right?
I take care of the family as a whole. I help with dishes and laundry. I like to take care as you need.
Currently I have a family Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 9-5. I do offer evening care after that. And Thursdays-Sundays I am available any times.

Live-In Full-Time Nanny Available in Redmond, WA: Kendra H.
My name is Kendra, I am a very reliable, patient, and creative person who has approximately 8 years of experience caring for children, from infants to teenagers. Recently, I've been working for a family with two kids, a 3 year old and a 5 year old. My daily tasks entail waking them up, making meals, getting them ready for the day, taking them to various activities, while finding fun activities. Prior I worked in government at a desk job and after 5 year I needed to step into a new position and started looking for a way to earn a living while doing the things I love. I'm confident, energetic, and fun. I think kids need structure and it's up to adults to teach them to respect others, nature, and the world around them. My passion in life is adventuring and exploring, I love being outside and traveling while learning from those around me. I am incredibly organized and appreciate a good schedule. I have worked with kids my entire life and love getting to help them grow and learn.
