Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Worked with "Amazing Face Art (CT)" since I was 15 doing face painting, balloon twisting etc. at fairs and birthday parties.
Worked for 4 weeks last summer at a summer camp (Winding Trails, CT) teaching art and nature primarily.
I did couple weeks worth of babysitting my neighbor after high school- midnight (8-9 y/o).

Drawing, painting, going for walks, playing backyard sports, frog/bug catching, playing video games, cooking, etc. (pretty much anything we are both capable of)

Bringing out the spirit in kids. Teaching them to respect themselves, others and the world around them. Letting them be creative and express themselves in a healthy way.

When I worked at summer camp my favorite points in the day were playing games with the kids and showing them a baby deer that had been born on the property (they were so in awe and were actually quiet and respectful of her! nature is powerful)
