A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Lilly I am an 18 year old college freshman enrolled at Franklin Pierce University, I graduated from Woburn high School this past May. I am a cheerleader and I love being active!
I have worked at a Childcare center for 3 years now with infants through preschool aged kids. I have my CPR and FirstAid certifications. Being in a daycare setting has taught me how to stay organized, patient, and calm while still making sure the kids are having fun.
I’ve also been the main babysitter for one family for a little over a year. I regularly help with homework, meals, bedtime, and keeping the kids entertained as well as some around the house duties. I’ve built a really strong relationship with them, which means a lot to me.
I genuinely love working with kids and being someone they feel comfortable and safe around. I’m responsible, reliable, and easy to communicate with, and I’d love to find another family to support!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part about being a nanny is building trust not just with the kids, but with the parents too. Kids need to feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves around you. When that trust is there, everything else flows more naturally, whether it’s helping them learn, guiding behavior, or just having fun together.
It’s also really important to be consistent and dependable. Parents are trusting you with the most important people in their lives, so being reliable, communicative, and attentive is something I take very seriously.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments is when I arrive and the kids drop whatever they’re doing and run over because they’re so excited I’m there. That feeling never gets old. Knowing they’re genuinely happy to see me and feel comfortable around me means everything. It shows the trust and bond we’ve built, and it reminds me why I love doing what I do.
