I'm Lilly, a college student who loves young kids! I have 6+ years of paid experience and have worked with kids ages 6 months to 8 years old, including multiple years of nannying for twins. The most important part about being a nanny...

Working together with the parents to make sure we are all on the same page about what the expectations for the nanny/sitter are! Also making sure we are on the same page about what rules the parents have for the kids so that the kids aren’t confused by what allowed when the nanny/sitter is there and what is not.
