More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

For the past four years, I have worked at UNOW Day Nursery in Princeton NJ, gaining extensive experience caring for and supporting children in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. I previously worked at Knowledge Beginnings, primarily in infant classrooms, where I cared for infants as young as six weeks old and supported their early developmental needs. I also worked at a child care center located in NJAC, supporting children across various age groups, including infants. In addition to my center-based experience, I have been babysitting for multiple families since the age of 13, caring for children of different ages and needs.

The most important part about being a nanny is building a trusting, nurturing relationship with the children and their family. I believe in creating a safe and loving environment where each child feels seen, supported, and excited to learn. When children feel secure, their personalities can truly blossom — whether we’re playing outside, doing arts and crafts, dancing during music and movement, or enjoying storytime together. Being able to guide their growth and celebrate their milestones is what makes this role so meaningful to me.

My experience with special needs children...

In high school, I volunteered working with children with special needs, providing support, encouragement, and hands-on assistance during activities. This experience helped me develop patience, strong communication skills, and an understanding of how to meet each child’s individual needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment has been caring for four children and watching them grow over time. Seeing their personalities blossom — from their unique interests to the way they express themselves — has been incredibly rewarding. Being a part of their development and celebrating each milestone with them is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
