The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny or working with children is making sure they are safe. Making sure you listen to them and talk to them like they’re a human being alone with treating them like one. Kids do not want to be belittled!
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have experience with special needs children in terms of one on one. My brother is autistic and I have had interactions with special needs kiddos during my school years.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment working with kids is seeing them smiling and running and playing with a huge mood shift from when they came in the building. It means our interactions and the interactions they had with their friends/peers were wonderful!
