I love answering kid's questions on how the world works, and seeing how they interpret things in their own ways. My favorite moment like this was when i was driving a little girl back home from swim practice.
She asked me "if someone in the pool is sick will that make everyone else sick" so i explained that the chlorine in the pool kills all the germs. She then asked around sea water, and i said that the salt in the ocean kills the germs. She then concluded that she could cover her home with salt to keep the germs out. When i told her that not all germs are bad, she then said she would cover half the house in salt. It was truly an adorable moment (and don't worry, i made sure she didn't cover half the house in salt)
