"Hire her! I wish we could keep Lina forever. She has been our nanny and a part of our family for over 3 years. She started watching our older daughter when she was 4 months and now watches our 2nd kiddo as part of a nanny share with another little boy. If Lina weren't moving, she would still be working for us. She's incredible and we've been through a lot together. From pandemics to constant little kid viruses, she's shown up through it all and cared for our kids are if they were her own. She truly loves babies, is thoughtful, attentive, caring, confident, and knows what to do in all situations. She takes lots of pictures and sends them throughout the day. She loves playing with the babies and truly cares. She's reliable and a joy to be around. She's funny and engaging and my kids love her. I feel so lucky that she's been a part of my kid's lives for the past 3 years. We're going to miss her immensely."

"It is hard to put into words what an incredible person, nanny, and friend Lina is. The next person who gets here will be beyond lucky...she was our nanny for 2 years, starting when my son was 6 months. There was NEVER a day I worried, and I'm a constant worrier! She loved those kiddos as good as I could of, took care of them better then anyone I've ever seen, emotionally and physically developed them, took them outside, did art activities...there are really not enough words in the English language to describe her!
