Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I spent almost 2 summers working for both my aunts' little girls. My duties were to feed them, change their diaper, play with them, keep them safe, etc. I absolutely loved babysitting them and would do it again in a heartbeat. Yes it was a handful taking care of a three-year-old and 6-month-old but I can positively say I enjoyed it more than anything.

To me the most important thing about taking care of children is the safety and comfort you bring to them. As kids grow up they remember who was nice, who was mean, pr who made an impact. That is my exact goal while being a nanny; being able to make a positive impact on a child's life is something they will take with them forever.

My favorite thing about babysitting is being able to make children laugh and sing and play. I loved when my baby cousin would ask to dance or play ballet, the smile and laughs were priceless.
