Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

The last 5 years I’ve been with one family full time until the last few months, due their money staying at home we changed to a part time position for the time being. They are 3 amazing children (5 y/o girl, 7 y/o boy and 10 y/o girl). I can say I feel as part of their family now.

In the past I’ve worked with families with 4 children, from different ages.

I developed a good relationship with every single family and children, based on mutual respect, where the parents have trusted me and given me the authority necessary to be part of their children lives.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

All activities always depend on the children ages and personalities, but some indoor activities are reading, dramatic play, and I enjoy sensory activities specially with kids under 5 years old.

I try my best to spend at least an hour outdoors every day (if school and weather permits), whether playing on their back yard, or going to different playgrounds in the city/area. As well as participating in activities from the local library.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Helping parents by giving their children the love, care and attention they need to grow and be amazing human beings. I understand that due to jobs and other responsibilities parents can’t always be there for their own children, but I like for them to know and trust that their kids are being well taken care of.

Seeing kids grow, and seeing the impact I have on the kids and the entire family life. I love helping and being a nanny is definitely one of the most gratifying ways for me to help in a home. Besides, I have so much fun doing kids activities.
