More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Below are some of the chores that I help families with:
If caring for an infant: swaddle, soothe, bottle feed (comfortable and familiar with nursing moms), change clothes/diapers, listen to music, sing, talk to, read books, and give plenty of hugs and kisses! Experienced in baby tummy time, sleep training, and achieving developmental milestones.
Toddler and Older Children: Wake up or bedtime routine (brush teeth, bathe, comb hair, and dress). Prepare healthy and balanced meals. Enjoy reading books, legos, princess dolls, monster trucks, dinosaurs, pretend play, puzzles, board games, and listening to music.
Believe in taking the children out in their backyard to get fresh air, and a little dirt, go exploring, play games, and just have FUN!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Play educational games or activities such as arts and crafts, legos, magnetic tiles, bubbles machine, costume dress-up, building forts, blocks, play-dough, puzzles. Supervisor children swimming, I also have the children exercise without them knowing by playing music and singing, dancing, and children’s yoga.
Using family vehicle to transport children to activities (tennis, soccer, cheerleading, baseball, or library).

The most important part about being a nanny...
I find being a Nanny to be extremely rewarding. You get to watch a child grow in real-time, support, and teach them new things and celebrate early experiences they have in life. Being able to connect on a deep level, build a safe, loving relationship and offer a safe environment that provides for their physical and cognitive growth needs.
My experience with special needs children...
Toddlers (2 and 3 years cold) with High-functioning autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I have had so many “special moments” through nannying for many years. I think it’s very special to be and have been a part of so many milestones in all the children’s lives and have watched them learn new things. I love to sing and dance, play musical chair with the kiddos, play dress-up, and being silly. I love my job as a Nanny. There’s nothing better than getting a hug or kisses when leaving their homes.

Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Wesley Chapel, FL: Nicole C.
Hi!
My names Nicole, and I’m originally from Baltimore, MD. I’ve lived in Florida since 2010. I’m 25 years old, and have been working with young children since I was 15. I have always had a passion for working with children, and hope to continue an education in Early Childhood Care. I am the oldest sister of 5 younger siblings, so I have always felt a natural pull to be a leader in the household and set prime examples for the little eyes that were always looking up to me! I’ve had experience with children ranging from newborn to 10 years old, and consistently have taken care of a young boy who is on the spectrum for autism and requires special accommodations.
In my free time I love to read, take care of my plants, practice yoga (still a beginner!), and recently have been trying to have more fun in the kitchen!
