I think the most important part about being a nanny is making sure the kids are safe as well as their wellbeing. Other than their safety, I think it is good to always make sure the children are having fun! I love playing with the kids and seeing them happy.

Not much experience with special needs children, however there were about two or three kids at church who I got to watch but only for about two hours.
