Going to botanical gardens and museums, beach adventures, low intensity hikes, arts and crafts, gardening, sports, science experiments, and reading books are some of my favorite activities to do with the kiddos I work with!

Working with STAR of CA as a Behavioral Technician for 2 years was extremely fulfilling. It expanded my knowledge within child development immensely, and really solidified my passions in creating a difference within a child's life.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was at the Hunnington Gardens with one of my kiddos, and we found a rouge tortoise crossing the street. We followed it and lead it back to the ponds to safety, we were with this turtle for about an hour though! Crowds of people joined us on the excursion, as everyone was fascinated by the speed and endurance of the turtle. By the end of the day, I basically had a whole documentary on my camera roll from the experience that we watched over and over together. We both had a blast as we were both in awe, and is still a moment that we reminisce about.
