I have no experience with special needs children excluding my first Nanny role with a child who had a condition which required daily medication of a drug which was not pleasant to take. She was a trooper, and I was her cheerleader : )

There have been and continue to be so many favorite Nanny moments..... watching a little one sign back to me "all done" after months of working on it, a little one's steps, crawling, babbling enjoying learning what makes your little one giggle : ) It's the little things really which are truly the most satisfying with all children : )
