At my current job as a dsp working with adults and kids with disabilities I have this one client who can communicate in no way, he can walk short distances and his mindset is of a a baby he has a hard time trusting others and always has I loved getting to know him and spend more time on a personal level. I now can get him to laugh and cuddle me and I am the only staff he will coperate for. I love getting to know them and make them as comfortable as possibly !
