I have taken ECE classes and so I had workbook experience and teacher/mentor training in taking care of children. I have translations with my of the family’s I worked with from a scheduled nanny care to occasional for date nights or school days off etc.

I enjoy everything from singing, to story time, to going to the park, lunch time, trying new things and toys! Etc!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important par about being a nanny is listening to the parents. I feel I am here to provide the best environment and care for your child/ren and in order to do that I need to listen to whom know them best! I take this job as a support to the family not just the child/ren!

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment would be while I was working at a daycare full time, I had a little baby boy I took care of whom was about 11 months at the time and parents let me know he had not slept good all night since he caught the cold while they were dropping off big brother. My shift had not begun but when he arrived, he was very upset and tired and inconsolable, but they asked my supervisor if I can enter early so I can be in the classroom as they knew when he saw me, he would stay. I was so flattered and in that moment when he felt safe to let go of moms arms and come to mine I realized the impact I had made. He slept in my arms all day that day.
