With the kiddos over the age of 2 I do some brain exercises and some fun learning games like helping to learn how to count, spell, learning the alphabet, (etc.). With the little ones ages 1-2 I do building games, puzzles, learning the alphabet and work on some healthy communication skills, when we are having strong feelings how to take a deep breath and calm down so we can talk about it and try to fix it.
