The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is knowing that you are responsible for the child/children that you are caring for. I believe that every nanny should care for the child/children as if they are their own. You have to be responsible, respectful, caring, and nurturing; also to be an example to them.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with children and adults with special needs. I've helped them express themselves and learn how to communicate with others and how to understand themselves as well. Coming from a family with two siblings one with autism and the other with cerebral palsy, I have a unique understanding on how to understand them and the patients to help them grow and become the best version of themselves.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite thing about being a nanny is watching how what I do for the child or children makes a difference in not only there life but for the parents as well. To bring smiles and a caring and loving environment for them is amazing. Lastly seeing how the child/children grow and learn every step of the way is the reason I love my job.
