A little bit about me

I’m actually a chef, have my Associates degree in Culinary Arts. Past experience, worked in Admin for first 20 years and when all 3 of my daughters were in school, I went to Culinary Arts. I worked as a real estate agent for 3 years , which included Executive Secretary for the Regional V.P. of the first, largest Resort in Hawaii. My husband is a computer engineer and hewlett packard came knocking, made a GRE offer we couldn’t refuse. So returned to Oregon. I was certified by Hawaii state as a homecare facility and did that for 3 years before we returned to Oregon with our 1st daughter and 2 more followed. I’ve been in real estate, sales. lol u name it. We bought a 23 acre farm which we slowly turned into the largest Gamebird Farm in the state. It was wonderful because I was home with my kids, worked the farm and then got licensed by the state for a “home” kitchen which is where I wanted to follow my passion for cooking. We’ve had an amazing life and been so Blessed
