Providing awesome care for the children. Playing games with them, doing art crafts on special days, enjoying the outdoors, reading books and letting them read to me, as well. For me, these are all an important part of being a terrific part of the child's world. Also, being able to make the parents comfortable knowing their children are in the best care.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One laughable and cute moment for me was when doing a Thanksgiving turkey painting craft. The sweet little girl, 4 years old, got paint on the tip of her nose. I showed her in a mirror, and she laughed so hard and wiped it right off! I was told, she shared this with the whole family at their Thanksgiving.
