My favorite nanny moment is when a child I was caring for got up and walked! She was about 9 months old and I was so excited she took her first steps! I didn't tell the parents because I didn't want to ruin their first time seeing their daughter's first steps. The next day I babysat, they gushed about her first steps. I felt so honored to have that moment.
