A little bit about me

Hi there! I'm Lucas, 27. I'm a Brooklyn dweller looking to shift into an enriching career. I've spent the last 4+ years as an ad industry professional and am seeking a position outside corporate America, to connect me with people and purpose.

I grew up the oldest of many great-grandchildren, in a big family, and spent my younger years watching over and caring for little cousins. Also, across 2 years, I went on college service trips to the Bahamas where I worked in schools with elementary-aged kids, teaching lessons.

I'm incredibly empathetic, organized and (as friends and family would agree) am a kid at heart in many ways. I love to cook, read, take walks and am quite creative. Writing, drawing, etc.--I enjoying sharing these hobbies with others. I'm also a proud member of the LGBT community and am passionate about ensuring youth are supported in and educated on the breadth of ways to express themselves.
