"Lydia is absolutely phenomenal with my 10 month old. She is kind, playful with my baby and keeps him engaged. She does if skillfully and is also good about teaching him that some things are a ‘no’. My son loves to see her every day and we are sad that we can’t continue for longer due to our family circumstances. But I highly recommend her for anyone seeking part or full time help- we also appreciated this flexibility she had on working part time to accommodate our needs."
