"Lida is a warm, loving, and kind caretaker, especially for young babies. She is always punctual and reliable (she did not miss a single day of work in the 2.5 years she worked with us). She is extraordinarily patient and always interested in engaging the kids with play or books (never turns to TV). She keeps detailed notes and sends pictures and videos throughout the day.
