Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy spending time with kids of all ages, getting outside for walks, park days, or active games is always a favorite. With older kids, I like doing things like biking, playing sports, or even just hanging out and having conversations about whatever they're into. I also enjoy reading together and finding creative hands-on activities they’re into.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think being a good role model is a big part of working with kids. They really pick up on how you act, so I try to lead by example being kind, respectful, and patient. Whether it’s how I talk to others, deal with tough situations, or just go about daily routines, I want to show them what it looks like to treat people well and take care of themselves and others
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t have a lot of hands on experience with kids who have severe special needs, but I’m really open to learning and doing whatever I can to support them. I’m patient, caring, and always willing to adapt to what each child needs. I’d be more than happy to get any guidance or training to help me grow in this area
The most important part about being a nanny...
I absolutely Love so many of the Families I've worked with but my favorite moment is probably Taking some of my kids on a Christmas Carriage Ride and Seeing the Grinch with them afterwards, We all had so much fun and I'll Never forget how excited they were.
