Playing games and hide and seek. I like brain games and physical activity but I know some kids need less physical activity and to rest and be calm inside. I would read with them and basically anything that helped then through their situations

I have a few people in my family with special needs so I know how to help and care for them. I also help out at my high school with the special needs group. :)
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment was when a little girl I was watching saw me and yelled "SISSSSYYYYYY" . It broke my heart. It was so sweet I had to hold back some tears. I love knowing that I'm making a positive impact in a young child's life and knowing I'm someone they look up to and can count on even when I'm not related.
