I'm 14, in high school, and I have two younger and two older siblings. I've basically been babysitting them since the twins (my younger siblings) were born and I've learned a lot from my aunt who has 12 kids so I have quite a bit of experience with kids. Also, because of the fact that I'm a high schooler, 15 per hour is a lot for me being the fact that it's my first job.
