More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have experience caring for children from infancy (as young as one month) through age 12 and have supported over 15 families, caring for anywhere from one to seven children at a time. My background includes overnight care, homework help, early childhood support for postpartum mothers, and planning children’s parties and special events.
I also provide consistent, positive guidance and age-appropriate discipline, helping children build confidence, responsibility, and healthy habits. I have experience working with autistic and non-verbal children and always prioritize patience, safety, and understanding.
I work closely with parents to create routines that support the entire household, because I believe great childcare is about balance, communication, and teamwork. My goal is to help children thrive while giving parents true peace of mind.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love playing interactive games, creating art, and planning fun, hands-on activities that encourage imagination, creativity, and problem-solving without relying on electronics. I enjoy reading, storytelling, music, and outdoor play to keep children engaged and learning naturally.
I also love taking children to museums, parks, and community activities where they can explore, socialize, and build confidence while having fun in a safe environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is understanding that every child is different and needs individualized care. Some children thrive with structure, others with flexibility, and some with extra emotional support.
My role is to learn each child’s needs and provide guidance in a safe, calm, and loving way. I focus on helping children build confidence, independence, and strong values so they can carry those lessons with them long after our time together.

I focus on creating structured, supportive environments that promote emotional regulation, communication, and independence. I use positive, individualized guidance rather than traditional discipline, ensuring children understand boundaries while building self-confidence and life skills.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite parts of being a nanny is becoming a trusted part of a family’s life. One of my most meaningful experiences has been working with twin girls since they were four years old and watching them grow into confident young ladies.
Even now, they still love sharing their accomplishments and daily experiences with me, which means so much. Having a family that truly appreciates and values the role I played in their growth is incredibly rewarding and reminds me why I love what I do.

I am patient, calm, kind, trustworthy, and reliable. I am good to go with the flow, while also sticking to a schedule. I love working with children and getting to build a bond with them. I have worked with children babysitting three at at a time, making them meals, cleaning up the house, organizing, etc. These kids have been a variety of age ranges, and I have learned ways to connect with them all. I love playing with them indoors and out. At my previous job I had to make sure the kids were safe while playing on bounce houses, and I had to clean up for them or help them with a variety of needs. I love doing crafts, playing games, and finding new ways to entertain the kids that is fun and creative.
