More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I began teaching in 2014 at a Maryland NAEYC accredited school before transferring to a sister-company/school in Texas. I have gained experience in using the Montessori method at Northpoint Montessori in Louisiana as a childcare specialist where my responsibilities included supporting the teaching staff as well as training all staff members in state licensing and school policies and procedures.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy nature walks, arts and crafts, sensory lessons, and incorporating activities that are inspired by the children’s interests and skill level.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Working for families is not just a job and is not for everyone. I recognize that being a nanny for a child requires a significant amount of trust from the families. I am proud of the relationships I have built over the years.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with infants and toddlers that were later diagnosed on the Autism spectrum, deaf children, children diagnosed with ODD and other behavior challenges.
I treat each child with respect and compassion and meet them where they are. I do my best to educate myself in order to provide the highest quality of care as well as to be able share resources with families if they are interested.

The most important part about being a nanny...
There are so many… as a nanny my favorite moment was attending the little one’s kindergarten graduation. I was her nanny for six months and continued being their babysitter after their mother became a SAHM after giving birth to her second child. Before I moved to SC, the family held a farewell breakfast for me at their home where I got to spend more time with the little one that I have known since she was 2. It touched my heart and meant the world to me.

I’m a college student at Clemson University originally from Texas, and I absolutely love working with kids and being someone they can look up to and have fun with. I’m outgoing, caring, dependable, and always up for an adventure! I love sports, being outdoors, photography, traveling, and anything creative. I grew up around athletics and love staying active, whether that’s playing outside, going on walks, doing crafts, or finding fun activities to keep kids entertained. I’m also happy to help with schoolwork, transportation, meals, and keeping things organized around the house. My goal is to be someone both the kids AND parents feel completely comfortable with and can rely on!

Hello, i have recently left my job as a dispatcher for the oconee sheriff's office and hoping for a little bit more happiness to enjoy in my day. I am the middle child of 7 kids, so i spent most my childhood helping out with my younger siblings as well as the small children of my parents friends. Open to the idea of live in or live out nannying so long as we all feel like its a good match. I prefer newborns through toddler ages though a younger child is always a possibility. I am cpr certified through my employment with the sheriff's office.
