I love doing activities with the kids! Everything from going to the park, taking the dog for a walk, or even just playing in the backyard, to coloring, having a dance party or, playing board games!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny definitely has a good connection with the children. Because with that comes trust from both sides and a stronger bond which also makes it easier for the family and the nanny!
My experience with special needs children...
I have some experience with special needs children. One of my cousins has special needs and I absolutely adore her! A few of the kids at church also have special needs so I interact with them there as well!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was with a little girl named Avery. We had decided to color pictures that day. After she got done I asked what she had colored and she said: " It's a picture of me and my best friend". I asked who her best friend was and she said " You, it's a picture of you and me holding hands because you are my best friend". It made my heart so happy to know that I was more than just her nanny!
