More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In addition to being a nanny, I’ve worked as an Infant Teacher, Household Manager, and currently as a Kids Academy Team Member at Life Time Fitness. I’ve cared for children from newborns to teenagers in both home and classroom settings. My experience includes infant care, school drop-offs and pickups, homework help, meal prep, potty training, sleep routines, enrichment activities, behavior guidance, and managing busy household schedules. As a mom myself, I bring both professional experience and a parent’s perspective to every family I work with.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love keeping children active, engaged, and away from screens whenever possible. Some of my favorite activities include reading books, arts and crafts, sensory play, baking, building forts, imaginative play, trips to the park, splash pads, the zoo, children’s museums, libraries, and nature walks. For infants, I enjoy tummy time, music, sensory exploration, and supporting developmental milestones. I tailor activities to each child’s age, interests, and personality while making learning fun.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is becoming someone a family can truly rely on. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and consistent environment where children feel secure enough to learn, explore, and be themselves. I strive to be an extension of the parents by respecting their values, routines, and parenting style while helping make everyday life a little easier. I hope every child I care for feels deeply loved and every parent feels complete peace of mind when they leave the house.
My experience with special needs children...
While I don’t have a clinical background, I’ve cared for children with ADHD, autism, speech delays, and sensory sensitivities in both nanny and childcare settings. I’m patient, dependable, eager to learn each child’s unique needs, and committed to working closely with parents to provide consistent, supportive care.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite part of being a nanny is watching little moments turn into big milestones. Whether it’s hearing a baby’s first words, celebrating potty training, helping with homework until something finally clicks, or getting the best hugs after school, those everyday moments are what make this work so rewarding. Building lasting relationships with children and their families is the best part of the job.
