Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I currently work as a Child Care Provider at ODC, assisting children with disabilities. The cares I provide are to hopefully give them independence in the future: such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, money management, developing healthy relationships, and so much more! I also provide in-home respite care depending on how the individual needs support. Through ODC, I am trained in many different areas. Those trainings include: First Aid + CPR/AED, Ethics and Boundaries, CPI, Good Housekeeping, Fire Safety, Communicating with people with disabilities + many more trainings!
I was a housekeeper for five years at Sand Valley Golf Course before assisting I started assisting children. With that being said, I have many years of cleaning experience! I have a perfect personality for working with children as I am energetic, patient, empathetic and caring toward all the children/clients I assist!
