A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Maddie! I’m 28, born and raised in St. Louis, MO. I’ve been in childcare for 10 years, ever since I could drive myself. By the age of 18, I was asked by a family to stay with their 3 children for a week while the parents were out of the country. In high school I did Childhood Development and did “student teaching” through that class. In college I studied Elementary Education for 3 semesters. Within that program I did more student teaching at various schools, including a special education preschool program. After my college experience I started working at KinderCare. I worked with every age group for the first year, ages 3mo-10yo and during my second year I was the Infant Teacher for babies aged 3mo-6mo! I absolutely love newborns, but I don’t have a favorite age as they’re all so different. After KinderCare I have nannied for a family for 5+ years. I have done countless overnights & even week long stays with just the kids!
