The most important part about being a nanny is keeping kids safe and making them feel comfortable and provided for when their parents are absent. Respecting the parents desires for their kids and home is essential to being a quality nanny. My favorite part about being a nanny is that I get to create life changing experiences for the kids that will be foundational for their development and become good memories they will keep for a lifetime.
