Hi, I'm Maddy! Currently, I'm a Preschool teacher at a daycare located in Wicker Park. Before this I was employed as a nanny by a family that has 2 children, ages 2.5 yo and 4 mo, and had been with them since February of 2023. I am familiar and comfortable with parents working from home, and communicate in person and texts throughout the day. I enjoy sensory play, arts and crafts, and planning outing such as the park, museum, library. In this role, I regularly provided enrichment activities, implemented a daily routine, prepared meals/snacks, and created a nurturing environment where they can safely explore the world around them. I have expert knowledge on developmentally appropriate activities for children ages birth to 5 years old, as well as an Associate of Arts in Teacher Education.
