Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have experience working as a classroom teacher in a daycare, caring for school age children. Currently I work as an ARBT, providing early behavioral intervention to children with autism! I also have had experience babysitting throughout my high school and college years. With my degree, I currently have a case load of pre schoolers to school aged kids as set clients I meet and provide therapy services to during my internship.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy engaging children in a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities that support both learning and creativity. These include arts and crafts, reading stories, puzzles, and educational games, as well as imaginative play like dress-up and storytelling. I also encourage active play through outdoor games, walks, and movement activities when possible. During quieter moments, I enjoy doing calm activities such as drawing, music, or bedtime stories. My goal is always to keep children entertained, safe, and positively engaged while supporting their daily routines.
