The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny to me is being an emotional support to the children with which I work. It can be difficult for children, especially very young children, to go for long periods of time without their parents. I pride myself on forming relationships with the children for whom I nanny in which the children can feel comfortable with me as an extension of their family.
