A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Ella (listed as Madeline on my profile) and I am looking for a full time nanny position in the Athens area. I recently graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Social Studies education, minoring in music and history, and I have a background in theater, dance, and music as well. I have worked in professional childcare for the past 3 years and have provided private childcare to multiple families for more than half of my life! I have spent the past 18 months working with infants and toddlers at a Montessori school, and it has been a wonderful way to expand my views on childcare and education and really exercise my creativity and philosophies as a teacher and caregiver. I love being outside, singing, and doing crafts, especially with a little friend! I am comfortable working with multiple ages of children and carrying out additional duties such as cooking meals and transportation. I am CPR and first aid certified and can provide references upon request.
