My experience with special needs children...
I worked at a nonprofit called The Miracle League of Arizona from [phone number hidden] where kids and adults with special needs get to play baseball. I helped over 300 kids and worked with their families, engaged and played with them on the baseball field, and eventually got to babysit a few families with kids on the spectrum and who have physical disabilities.
