The most important thing about being a nanny is most definitely just making sure the kids are happy 100% of the time! Seeing there little smile is was makes your job feel like the best one out there.

I wouldn’t say I have much experience with special needs children, but over the summer I volunteered at my old elementary school (McNabb elementary) and work with the special-needs classroom of preschoolers! it was such an enjoyable job for me and I love seeing the little smiles and helping them through their struggles!
